Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting HGV1 Drivers for our client based in Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that strongly believes in training and developing its internal workforce alongside internal promotion. Our client is also happy to accept newly passed drivers or those without experience.
The role will initially commence as a temp to perm via Pertemps to allow both the company and you to trial the role and ascertain your suitability, later moving to permanent employment after a 12-week period.
The Role:
* Shifts: Monday - Friday / Monday - Saturday Rotating
* Start Times: Between 03:30 - 06:00 (Flexibility essential)
* Shift Length: 10-12 hours per day
* Start date: Asap
* Salary: £37,000
* Pay: Weekly Pay
* Holiday: 24 days plus bank holidays
Your role will be to provide a multi-drop delivery service to our client's customer base of up to 6 drops per day. The job involves heavy lifting and handball as standard, so you must be capable of performing both daily.
Our client is prepared to consider drivers with minimal HGV experience.
Requirements:
* Valid UK C+E License
* Less than 3 points
* No DD/DR convictions
