Your Role as SENCO:

Oversee SEND provision and ensure compliance with current legislation

Manage a team of teaching assistants and provide training for staff

Coordinate support plans and liaise with external agencies and families

Monitor academic and emotional progress of pupils with additional needs
Candidate Requirements:

QTS and National SENCO Award (or currently working towards)
*
A strong understanding of SEND frameworks and policies
*
Proven experience in leadership, pastoral care, or inclusion

A passion for improving outcomes for all learners
