Who You Are:
5. A senior-level Commercial Broker or Account Handler ready to step into (or already in) a leadership role.
6. You thrive with autonomy, enjoy complex cases, and are advice-led by nature.
7. You're the go-to for clients - they rely on your technical know-how more than the Account Exec.
8. You've dealt with mid-market to corporate clients and want a bigger challenge.
9. You're based within reach of Milton Keynes (including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, or Oxfordshire) and appreciate flexibility in return.
The Role:
10. Lead by example - support and develop a small broking team while handling key clients yourself.
11. Deliver technical broking across both existing clients and new business.
12. Ensure service standards are maintained at a high level and client relationships remain strong.
13. Play a key part in shaping the future of the team and the wider business strategy.
