General cleaning in a office including toilets and canteen
4pm for 1.5 hours
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as per health and safety regulations.
- Vacuum, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
