How you create impact
1. Accurately process bookings from clients and overseas agents in the system
2. Support Freight Account Managers with day-to-day operational activities
3. Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment movements
4. Proactively manage and resolve any shipment issues, keeping stakeholders informed
5. Process sales and purchase invoices efficiently and accurately
6. Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across departments
7. Assist other teams when needed to maintain service quality and efficiency
8. Follow all quality, security, and health & safety standards to ensure compliance and best practice
What we would like you to bring
9. Secondary school education (or equivalent) with strong Maths and English skills
10. Previous experience in customer service
11. High attention to detail and accuracy
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
14. A proactive approach with drive and commitment
15. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
