A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Management Graduate, you will work in the Project Management Department within Grid Technologies, while engaging with a variety of other departments designed to develop your capabilities whilst exposing you to different aspects of real-world engineering and project delivery.
You will have an individual training plan to aid you in developing the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with excellent knowledge to support you for your professional career within Project Management.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Develop your knowledge of Project Scope Definition, Project Control, Project Programming, and Financial & commercial astuteness.
* Be a valued member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in 'turn-key' Grid Technology projects. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable teamwork and management skills.
* Take part in our Societal Engagement schemes, where you can push the business further and change its course, as well as represent us externally such as at STEM events.

* You should be working towards an engineering degree or have achieved with a minimum 2:1 grade or above.

* You enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for tasks and projects you've been assigned.

About The Team
You will work within one of our Project Management Teams alongside Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to deliver in line with the Customer's and Siemens Energy's expectations. You will report directly to the Head of Operations to ensure you receive the level of support required to fulfill your role.
You will also engage with functional teams within the Heaton office covering various departments from Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Tendering, and Commercial. You will also have the opportunity to engage directly in meetings with the customer at their offices and our site-based teams at our construction sites to provide the broadest of experience.
