Office Attendance – Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, 1-2 days per week for this position.

We’re looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (known internally as an Information Security Analyst) to join our Insurance Money and Services team.
The Identity & Access Management team help ensure that the right people have the right access to systems and data. They implement and oversee processes that manage access requests, maintain role based access control, support users with access management queries and perform access reviews to help reduce risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing
* Work in partnership with our 3rd party technology service provider to ensure Access Management requests are processed accurately and securely, in line with our internal policies, standards and systems access processes.
* Support colleagues across the business (end-users, application and platform teams) with access related queries, providing guidance and support.
* Support access management processes such as periodic access recertification reviews to ensure access remains appropriate and compliant in line with our access management policies.
* Support the maintenance of process documentation and user guides and contribute to the continuous improvement of access management processes and controls.
* Support the provision of audit/regulator evidence as required.
We need you to have
* Experience in identity & access management and/or IT Service Management ideally within Financial Services
* Understanding of access management principles, including least privilege, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and role-based access control.
* Experience working in a technology environment, working in partnership with business stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and maintain structured processes but also with a curious mind, able to appropriately challenge and identify opportunities to continuously improve
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to less technical colleagues
* A passion for Cyber Security and a drive to learn more about it
And if you have any of these, even better
* Experience working in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services
* Familiarity with IAM tools such as Saviynt, EntraID and Cyberark
* Experience working with data using advanced excel techniques and tools such as PowerBI
* Experience supporting audit requests and evidence/information gathering
