The Role:
As an IVVQ Manager in Above Water Systems, you will be part of a team focused on delivering Integrated Mission/Combat Systems to Navies worldwide. Your responsibilities will include overseeing IVVQ activities, working with multiple suppliers, and integrating and verifying diverse technologies to meet customer requirements.
Candidate Profile:
* Master of Engineering or Computer Science degree, with significant experience in team and work package management
* Desire to oversee IVVQ activities in a challenging environment
* Leadership qualities, collaborative mindset, and mentoring skills
* Responsibility, initiative, and proactive attitude
Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of IVVQ disciplines, including Test, Integration, Verification, Validation, Software, and Hardware development
* Experience with related tools and continuous improvement practices
* Understanding of subcontract and work package management
* Proven coordination skills and experience managing technical activities
* Financial, workload planning, and risk management expertise
Nice to Have:
* Experience in Naval Domain
* Experience in Combat System/Mission System Integration
Responsibilities:
* Lead IVVQ activities, coordinate with customers, and develop plans
* Manage test equipment acquisition and deployment
* Specify and implement IVVQ scenarios and methodologies
* Plan and oversee system integration, verification, and validation tests
* Analyze results, produce reports, and manage work packages
* Lead governance reviews, customer meetings, and system demonstrations
* Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements
