Job Summary
This is a casual, part‑time Bank Care Assistant role at a Barchester care home. You will help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support, assisting with daily living and sharing companionship. Work varies day‑to‑day, from supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, to ensuring one‑to‑one time.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living tasks
* Provide support, companionship and shared moments
* Follow care plans and ensure residents receive food, drink and one‑to‑one care
* Support staff during cover for annual leave or sick leave
Qualifications
* Experience caring for older people
* Excellent communication skills
* Can‑do attitude and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care
