Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic beers & soft drinks. The business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots, serving customers across the UK.
About the role
As Brand Manager for Robinsons (FTC), you will shape the brand marketing agenda for Robinsons RTD within the Hydration Brand Team. This fixed‑term contract role is integral to our ambitious growth plans and exciting partnerships for 2026 and beyond.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead cross‑functional teams to turn plans into reality, owning key brand metrics (incl. full financial P&L) and ensuring effective delivery of brand activities and programmes.
* Develop and execute leading‑edge marketing programmes that create sustainable brand‑led growth and ensure exceptional execution.
* Work with the Commercial Growth team to align brand, commercial, category plans, including channel targets, ensuring standards are aligned for shelf presence.
* Collaborate with Insight and Value Realisation teams to set appropriate brand‑in‑channel price and pack architectures.
* Own in‑year performance of the brand KPIs, partnering with Brand Operations for clear, insight‑driven reporting.
* Develop new products to market, crafting a clear sales and deployment story.
* Work closely with project management and innovation to deliver on time and fully against agreed objectives.
* Support the Marketing Controller in delivering clear updates to all key stakeholders.
* Manage all project management processes for innovation and relevant activations.
Experience and Key Attributes
* Proven brand management and branded commercial experience.
* Experience managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L.
* Strong track record in broad cross‑functional project management.
* Expertise in applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans.
* Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
