We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department at Service Care Solutions. As a Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will liaise with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are essential. Given the market size and progression opportunities, this role suits competitive and ambitious individuals passionate about delivering high-quality service.
About You:
* Previous experience in finance recruitment, either permanent or temporary, is highly desirable.
* A proven track record of business development and growing existing markets.
* Experience in generating new business leads, signing terms with new clients, and driving sales.
* Ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
