Job Summary
We’re seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives with proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume outbound calling environments and have a track record of generating qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline for Account Executives, working with cutting-edge sales tools, and representing international leading SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high volume outreach via cold calling (up-to 100+ dials)
* Research prospects and personalize messaging to boost response rates.
* Set discovery meetings with qualified leads for Account Executives.
* Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively.
* Report weekly performance metrics and continuously optimize your outreach.
* Collaborate with campaign managers to refine strategies per client and vertical.

* 1–2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
* Flexibility to work on multiple client campaigns and adapt quickly.
