What you'll be doing
* Assisting with month‑end management accounts
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
* Supporting VAT return preparation
* Posting journals and maintaining financial documentation
* Supporting accounts payable and receivable when required
* Assisting with finance process improvements and reporting
* Providing wider support across multiple related companies
What they're looking for
* Experience within a similar finance role
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Construction, property or industrial sector experience would be advantageous but not essential
