As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you will be responsible for improving client journeys through insight and research. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading workshops, mapping customer journeys, and identifying friction points.
* Transforming pain points into actionable plans and blueprints for improvement.
* Collaborating with teams across Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change management.
* Ensuring the client’s voice is heard at all levels, from senior management to frontline staff.
* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to keep the firm ahead.
* Managing multiple projects, validating ideas with real feedback, and implementing meaningful changes that clients can feel.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in service design and a proven track record of transforming customer journeys.
* Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex processes.
* Experience working within professional services, law, or financial sectors.
