What’s Your Story?
You’re passionate about pizza and proud of your craft. You’ll thrive in
this Pizza Chef role if you bring:
* Proven experience making pizza in a high-volume
kitchen or pizzeria
* Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and
oven techniques
* Confidence working independently and as part of a
brigade
* Strong understanding of food safety, portion control
and allergen procedures
* Creativity in combining classic and contemporary
flavour profiles
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including
evenings and weekends
* A collaborative, can-do attitude and great
communication skills
