As part of a multi-year programme, Agentforce is being rolled out across multiple businesses. A Contract Business Analyst is required to join the central Salesforce team driving this initiative.
The Role
You will operate at programme level, defining and delivering Agentforce use cases across sales, service, and operational functions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven Salesforce solutions, working closely with Architects and Developers.
Key Experience
* Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst within enterprise environments
* Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Flows, data models, integrations; Apex exposure beneficial)
* Experience delivering automation or AI-led initiatives
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders across complex organisations
