Bank Care Assistant
Location: Chadwell House Residential Care Home, 372 Chadwell Heath Lane, Romford, Essex, RM6 4YG
Pay: £13.10 per hour

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll work as part of a team to provide high-quality, personalized care aligned with individual care plans. Engaging residents in leisure and social activities is essential. The key is to be kind, supportive, and respectful to residents, their families, and colleagues.
Skills Needed
Teamwork, caring attitude, enthusiasm, energy, good communication, flexibility, and a genuine liking for older people are essential. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
