We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic applicant to join our team, in a Supervisory role. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service. Duties
* Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests effectively.
* Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred (but not essential).
* Experience as a barista or in serving roles will be considered a plus.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
