This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor (5 PQE) to join a leading team delivering complex, high-value work for both public and private sector clients. You will advise on PFI operational matters, including expiry and variation, and support clients on future public-private partnerships and PFI successor models. The role also involves advising on renewables and low-carbon projects, such as heat networks, solar, and decentralised energy schemes. You will structure, draft, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, including detailed financial and technical schedules. This work is at the leading-edge of what is available in the regions, providing a hard-to-miss role for those with strong commercial experience. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and supervise junior lawyers while contributing to client training initiatives.
