Robertson Recruitment are working with a growing and well-respected sheet metal fabrication business, delivering high-quality components and assemblies to customers across a range of industries. Known for their quality, reliability, and skilled workforce, they are looking to strengthen the production team with an experienced fabrication supervisor on evening shifts.
As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the fabrication department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone with strong fabrication knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Mon-Weds: 2pm-Midnight
Thurs: 2pm-11:30pm
Fri: OFF (Unless OT)
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and support the fabrication team on a daily basis
2. Allocate workloads and manage production priorities to meet deadlines
3. Ensure all fabrication work is completed to the required quality standards
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
