A Lettings Administrator is required for highly regarded Independent Estate and Lettings Agent. The role will be based at their busy property management department near Reading.
As part of a friendly established team you will be working in a fast-paced environment dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors. Our Client is looking for a resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Although experience in the property industry is preferred, candidates with transferable skills and on point customer service will be considered.
The main areas of the role will include:
* Supporting and assisting landlords & tenants with enquiries in person and via computer communications
* Arranging viewings and negotiating offers
* Dealing with contractors
* Property inspections, inventories and vacations
* Updating property history through office and property software packages
* Ensuing relevant paperwork is filed.
* Supporting direct team members and the general lettings team with conducting viewings (mainly required at weekends)
* Key handling
* General office duties to include post, advertising, marketing & banking
