HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a North West based client to engage an Interim HR Director for an initial period of 6 months. Business partnering with the CEO, you would be responsible for:
* Delivery of the people and culture strategy.
* Introduction of new products.
* Management of organisational change.
* Strengthening reward and performance infrastructure.
* Ensure robust, compliant and modern HR operations, policies and governance.
Experience:
* Extensive HR Leadership experience within purpose-led organisations.
* Delivering people strategies through growth and organisational change in a Financial Services or Regulated environment.
* Strong expertise in reward, including pay and benefits strategy is essential.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate as a true business partner.
