The School and Role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Creative Arts Assistant to support young children aged 4–19 with a range of needs, including Autism and/or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). We are looking for an approachable, resilient and strong – minded individual who can be adaptable and versatile. The ideal candidate will work alongside another member of staff, supporting in key areas such as communication and engagement to help the children develop in the best possible environment.
The desired Creative Arts Assistant will have:
Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
A passion for education and helping people
A nurturing and engaging personality
