Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Team is Medserv's first line of support - for our clients and the business. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will provide administrative and client support activities with precision and care, working closely with Business Development and Operations to meet client needs and drive business outcomes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team
* Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this
* Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop open and effective communication with each client
* Manage workload of emails and calls on a daily basis
* Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients
* Minimum of two years office-based experience in customer service-based role
* Proficient in MS Office
* A customer-oriented attitude
* Highly organised
* High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct
* Works collaboratively and contributes effectively within a team environment.
* Healthcare industry knowledge
* Previous experience in a similar client account/relationship role
* Previous experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
* Experience in taking inbound and making outbound calls in customer service setting
