The Role
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Specialist or Business Development Consultant to drive the sale of new Lumi SKN franchise clinics. This is a commission-only role ideal for confident closers with proven experience in high-value franchise, business opportunity, or investment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential franchise investors and partners (UK & overseas)
* Present our franchise models – from Aesthetic Clinics to Wellness & Longevity Hubs
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to signed franchise agreement
* Work closely with our founder and marketing team to convert qualified leads
* Represent Lumi SKN with professionalism, passion, and commercial confidence
What We Offer:
* Commission of £30,000–£40,000 per franchise sale (paid upon completion)

About You:
* Proven experience in franchise, business development, or investment sales
