About the Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you'll earn while you learn — gaining practical, hands-on experience in a real nursery setting while studying towards a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
You'll work alongside experienced practitioners who will support you every step of the way, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a fantastic early years professional.

* Working as part of a friendly and passionate team
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine interest in working with babies and young children
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Friendly, reliable, and a real team player
* Good communication skills
* Ideally a Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE Maths and English – but support can be provided if needed
* No previous experience required — just the right attitude
What You'll Get from Us:
* A supportive team that treats you like one of the family
* A dedicated mentor to guide you through your qualification
* Practical, on-the-job training in a real nursery setting
* Paid holidays and access to staff discounts
* Opportunities to progress into permanent roles within Bear Care
