Front of House / HelpDesk Coordinator Production Studio 9-month temporary FTC Rate - £160-£170 per day Start date: Monday 16th February 2025 Location: Surrey Monday to Friday onsite 7:30am–4pm Car park available We’re working with a production company to find a Studio Helpdesk / Receptionist to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, production crew, internal teams and vendors — making sure everyone has a smooth, professional experience on site. What you’ll be doing: Managing front of house and handling enquiries (in person, phone and email) Issuing and tracking ID cards and vehicle passes Managing access control systems and working closely with Security Logging maintenance and operational requests via the helpdesk system Receiving deliveries and overseeing post room activity Supporting VIP visits and busy production periods Keeping the reception area organised and running smoothly What we’re looking for: Front of House or customer service experience (studio or media experience a bonus) Confident using systems and managing access protocols Highly organised with strong admin skills Proactive, professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
