We’re looking for a Bookings Co-Ordinator to join us on a full-time permanent basis, on-site in Shoreditch, London. This is a predominantly administrative and customer service-focused role, suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, film equipment expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.
Start date: 26th May 2026
Daily Responsibilities
* Responding promptly to new and existing client enquiries across all channels
* Managing new customer account applications to ensure our kit is in safe hands
* Providing live equipment advice and problem-solving support to customers
* Negotiating budgets and offering suitable alternatives or upgrades where necessary
* Handling any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner, with support from our tech team when needed
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication skills and customer service manner
* High emotional intelligence
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure
* Experience in a similar professional role preferred
* A good understanding of film equipment and production workflows
