What You’ll Do:
* Work with the project team to agree P&C process design across the key elements of the project including core process, KPI’s and reporting requirements
* Participate in the various project forums, workshops and design sessions to identify decisions needed on process and dependencies across P&C
* Lead the decision-making activities required within P&C and provide decision outcomes to the project in a timely manner
* Validate decision outcomes with relevant stakeholders e.g. COE’s, In country teams, Finance etc
* Coordinate across concurrent P&C / Payroll programmes to secure alignment on dependencies, data, process and practice
* Work with the Project Team to deliver the right roles and permissions that reflect P&C needs, data owner and SME for the agreed security model
* Partner with the Data Analytics team to align on the implementation of P&C data retention matrix and policy
* Work with the Head of People Operations Technology & Process to agree a framework for P&C data to remain accurate and up to date
* In conjunction with the Change management project roles – identify the key process changes and agree approach for embedding new processes within P&C including training materials, job-aids, SOWs, roll-out workshops, etc.

* Operational knowledge of P&C systems
* Familiar with all Global P&C processes
* Experienced in P&C administration
