Key responsibilities include: Ensure accurate financial reporting, in partnership with our Global Business Services team Guide and support an international finance team Oversee compliance with statutory, audit and tax regulations in multiple locations Interpret financial data to support regional and global decisions Participate in improvement initiatives as part of our NextGen Finance project Collaborate across departments and geographies on finance operations Contribute to projects focused on simplifying and aligning global finance processes What helps in this role: Background in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a recognised accounting qualification Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, or OneStream Interest in financial storytelling and insight generation Comfort working across teams, time zones, and cultures An open, curious approach and a focus on continuous learning Why join Crown Paints and Hempel?
