IASME is a cyber security certification company based in the beautiful Malvern Hills, with offices in Belfast and Dalgety Bay, near Edinburgh. This role offers a mix of working from home and in the office. You will be required to come to our Malvern office at least one day a week.
A BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check will be required for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and support the continued development, and improvement, of the IASME Quality Management System (QMS)
· Support the collecting and analysis of QMS data, inputs and outputs to help identify successes and areas for improvement.
· Conduct Internal Audits and any follow up actions, including non-conformances.
· Ensure that all documents relating to the IASME QMS are current and relevant.
· Ensure that all documents are correctly controlled and registered within the QMS.
· Communicate with stakeholders via phone and email to address queries, provide updates, and resolve issues
· Develop any new practices, policies, processes, procedures or work instructions that may be required.
· Handle and monitor complaints through to a successful resolution.
· Working across the organisation to ensure all relevant documents are included within the QMS.
· Ensure that the QMS works for the benefit of the business
· Other QMS and administrative tasks that may be necessary.
