What You’ll Do

* Lead professional development and coaching that supports staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
* Champion inclusive, aspirational, and innovative practices aligned with our strategic priorities and the Teaching for Excellence and Elevate Programme.
* Conduct developmental learning walks and observations, to drive continuous improvement.
* Design and deliver impactful CPD, induction programmes, and peer learning opportunities.
* Collaborate across departments to lead strategic projects and share best practice.
* Act as a digital advocate, supporting the integration of learning technologies.
* Teach a nominal number of hours in your area of specialism to stay connected to the classroom.

* Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learner outcomes.
* Brings deep knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment.
* Is confident in mentoring, coaching, and leading professional development.
* Understands the FE sector and the Ofsted framework.
* Is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
