Our client is a small, boutique property management company located in North London who are recruiting for a Senior Property Administrator to join their successful team.
Candidates applying should have a strong background in administration and be willing to work as part of a small, close knit team.
Duties will include:
* Producing tenancy agreements and related lettings documentation
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding day-to-day property matters
* Managing maintenance requests and arranging contractor attendance
* Supporting with diary management and scheduling appointments/viewings
* Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records
* Assisting with compliance administration and tenancy renewals
* Supporting the wider team with general office administration duties
* Assisting Directors with ad hoc PA and administrative support as required
Key Skills:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Competent user of Microsoft Office packages
* Previous property or lettings administration experience beneficial but not essential
