Key Responsibilities
· Deliver personalised 1:1 Maths and English sessions tailored to individual SEN needs.
· Adapt lesson content, structure, and pace to suit diverse learning styles and support emotional regulation.
· Help students build subject knowledge, study skills, and exam readiness.
· Foster a consistent, trusting relationship to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
· Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents/carers or professionals.
Essential Requirements
· Experience working with SEN learners in 1:1 or small-group settings.
· Right to work in the UK.
· Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
· PGCE (Secondary) and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
· Experience supporting learners with Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
