As a SEN Teacher, you will work closely with a team of experienced staff to deliver tailored learning programmes that support the academic, social, and emotional development of our pupils. The ideal candidate will have experience in an SEN setting, but we also welcome applications from passionate teachers with a strong interest in SEN education.

Were Looking For:
* A fully qualified teacher (QTS required)
* DBS on the update service
* Experience or strong interest in working with children with complex needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, SEMH)
* A nurturing, resilient, and creative approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
* Create a safe, structured and stimulating classroom environment
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and the wider school team to support pupils social, emotional and academic progress
* Maintain detailed records and contribute to review meetings and annual reports
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed to the highest standard
