The Business:
We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an extensive brand portfolio and are committed to innovation in their product range and categories. The Role:
As the Brand Manager, you will oversee one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Your responsibilities will include leading brand strategy in the UK, launching new product developments, managing artwork for packaging, analyzing brand performance, overseeing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy.
Required Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG sector; experience in food industry is advantageous
* Proficiency in analyzing data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Proven success managing FMCG brands
