Technical M&E Project Manager
Location – Covering North, North West & North East
Hours – 37.5 hours.
Salary: £50k - £60k (Experience dependant)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a technical M&E background looking to deliver high-quality projects for a diverse client base?
Apleona Professional Services is a specialise in technical MEP, interior design, fit-out and refurbishment operating nationwide. We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical M&E Projects to join our growing team and lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects from inception through to completion.
As a Technical M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technical M&E projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients, managing all aspects of project performance, commercial control and client communication.
This is a key, client-facing role requiring strong organisation, leadership and decision-making skills, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Technical M&E Project Manager will include:
8. Manage technical M&E projects from conception to completion
9. Control programme, budget, risk and commercial performance
10. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
11. Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications
12. Oversee Health & Safety compliance and site standards
13. Prepare and manage reports, valuations, variations and cost control
14. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Building Regulations and company procedures
About You:
15. Mechanical or Electrical qualification in a building-related discipline (essential)
16. Proven experience delivering technical or M&E projects end-to-end
17. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM and building legislation
18. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at senior levels
19. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes
20. Highly organised, adaptable and able to work under pressure
21. SMSTS qualification (essential)
22. UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel nationwide
23. Desirable qualifications include Prince2/APM, NEBOSH, IOSH or Quantity Surveying experience.
We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may ideally already have M&E project management experience gained in a similar role, within a fast-paced, client-led environment.
You will work 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility required, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start including a monthly car allowance.
