Job Description
As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in processing sales orders and assisting in the preparation of quotes for our clients and possibly also answering client calls from engineers. A certain amount of your role will also be to do reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
* Proven Experience in using Sage line 50 is not essential but helpful
* Familiar with CRM like Hubspot or similar
* Tertiary qualification in sales or business (desired, not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs
* Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
* Relationship management
