Marketing Data Administrator

Database Management
* Upload, cleanse, and maintain data within Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
* Manage data in accordance with GDPR compliance, including the handling of opt-ins, opt-outs, and unsubscribes.
* Tag and categorise contacts by industry to enable precise segmentation and targeted communication.
* Prepare, validate, and upload data accurately to maintain database integrity.
* Manage post-event data to ensure records remain current and relevant.
* Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance efficiency across sales and marketing functions.
* Utilise Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor and analyse key metrics, including engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
* Integrate third-party data sources and tools to support a seamless marketing and sales ecosystem.
Marketing Support
* Analyse database trends to identify opportunities, patterns, and areas for optimisation.
* Produce ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making and cross-departmental initiatives.
* Select and prepare targeted data sets for marketing campaigns.
* Maintain and update marketing lists on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Monitor and report on bookings, lead sources, and channel performance.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive and analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in CRM or database marketing, including data uploading, selection, and reporting within Salesforce CRM.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, with a clear understanding of CRM data structures and campaign workflows.
* Demonstrated academic achievement and evidence of precision and diligence in professional tasks.
Desirable Experience
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms, data segmentation, and automation processes.
* Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
