What to expect in this role
Our housekeeping and maintenance teams help our residents feel like they are at home, and the contribution made by these teams is never undervalued. They play a key front-of-house role – interacting with relatives, residents, and other staff daily. Their dedication to delivering excellence, diligence, pride, and attention to detail ensures the highest levels of comfort and safety for our residents in all areas of our homes.
This role involves 40 hours per week. Some weekends may be required.

* To promote good working practices and perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
* To handle any accidents effectively and follow correct reporting procedures.
* Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with confidence in communicating with people at all levels while maintaining confidentiality when required.
* A strong service mindset and a flexible, can-do approach.
* Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
