Project Manager - HR
Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
Owen Reed is looking to recruit a highly motivated Human Resources Project Manager for a top law firm in London.
Areas of focus and responsibilities
1. Work with the key stakeholders (including Assistant HR Director, HRIS Manager, CEO, CPO, COO, and Divisional CEOs) to define the target state of Withers' HR capability and operations
2. Define, implement and manage appropriate project controls and governance at executive, project and workstream levels
3. Work directly with the global HR team to make sure the project delivers on all the objectives as scoped
4. Understand the complexities of a global law firm and be able to navigate all the competing demands
5. Lead and own the HR Project approach and plan, including all project and workstream-level dependencies, both internal and external to the project, through collaboration with other project leads and Subject Matter Experts
6. Partner with Comms and Training Workstream Leads to drive delivery of outcome-based plans and ensure appropriate visibility, reporting, stakeholder engagement and communication activities
