Working directly to the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, the Infrastructure Engineer supports and maintains Azure Cloud and Office 365 infrastructure solutions and services as directed and according to Chief Architect and Service Owner to departmental policy.
The Infrastructure Engineer will:
* ensure services are delivered and used as required
* work with and support third parties to provide infrastructure services
The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for the deployment, technical design analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting of cloud IT infrastructure to support mission critical business processes for the Division. You will provide technical support and assistance to infrastructure and transformation projects, focussing on excellent prioritisation, responsiveness and customer service.
