HR Services Officer – Offshore Wind (Fixed-Term)
We’re currently seeking an experienced HR Services Officer to join our client’s international HR team, supporting one of the leading names in the offshore wind sector.
This role will involve delivering operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle and leading the UK implementation of Workday, the company’s new HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational HR delivery including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and employee relations
Application of UK employment law and HR best practice
Lead and manage Workday system activities, including documentation and training
Collaborate with international stakeholders, especially across the UK and Netherlands Candidate Profile:
Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within engineering, marine, or offshore environments
Experience with Workday is essential
CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum)
