NHS 111 Call Handlers (Health Advisors) – Kingston
Dream Medical is currently working with a private organization in providing Locum Call Handlers/Health Advisors to their site in Kingston. We recruit clinical advisors and call handlers on a national basis to support the delivery of the 111 service. We are working on behalf of a leading independent provider of primary healthcare services to the NHS based in Kingston and they are now recruiting Pathways‑trained Call Handlers to work a variety of shifts from days, evenings, nights and weekends. The call centre is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and develop your career within the NHS 111 service.
Qualifications and Criteria
* Fully trained on the latest version of Pathways
* Currently working as a trained Call Handler within this setting or have taken a call within the last 6 months
* Able to commit to 15 hours per week (Flexible) as a minimum
