Senior Site Engineer is required to join a Ground Investigation contractor on a permanent basis in Manchester.

Salary - £32,000 - £36,000 / year + van and fuel card

Ground Investigation Contractor
Site based - Manchester
Responsibilities include supervising and managing teams on small to medium sized geotechnical ground investigation projects, ensuring compliance in a technical, commercial, and HSEQ sense, logging rock and soil samples (such as boreholes and trial pits), carrying out field testing and surveying, and other duties as required.
Qualifications: degree level in a related field (e.g. Geology or Geotechnical Engineering), minimum 2-3 years experience in ground investigations and in-situ testing, contractor background with hands‑on field experience, comfortable mentoring and supporting junior engineers, strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a full UK driving licence.
