3. Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
5. Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
6. Identify opportunities for tax planning and efficiency improvements for clients.
7. Support the development of junior team members by providing training and mentorship.
8. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services to clients.
9. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate their implications effectively.
10. Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals to attract new clients.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:
11. CTA qualified (or equivalent), or able to demonstrate equivalent experience in practice
12. Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, with a solid grounding in Global Mobility and the ability to address complex and nuanced tax matters with confidence
13. A collaborative and approachable communicator, who values differing perspectives and fosters constructive dialogue
14. Demonstrable experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on identifying potential and supporting long-term career growth
15. A genuine commitment to developing talent, with a proactive approach to coaching, mentoring and building high-performing teams
