Hourly rate of pay: £21.99 - £24.50
Days and Hours of Work
* Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00
* Flexi time is applicable.
* To start ASAP.
Responsibilities
* Assist and advise Team Leader/repairs and Voids Officers with repairs arising from Damp and Mould legislation.
* Provide property and technical support and advice relating to project repairs within Property Maintenance, including control and supervision of housing contracts.
Requirements
* Relevant Qualifications: Educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline or demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience in property/estate management, contract administration, and project management.
* Driving Licence: Must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for individuals where a disability precludes obtaining a licence.
