Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and aims to provide high-quality early childhood education.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan and implement educational activities that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
* Monitor and assess the development of children, ensuring that the activities meet the emotional, educational, and physical needs of each child.
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
* Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment.
* Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and any incidents that occur.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for child development and a creative approach to learning.
