Our client, operating within the training sector, is looking for a dedicated Multi-skills Learning Coach to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves working across various sites in Manchester, delivering training in the fields of stewarding, hospitality, and retail. Initially, this position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality training sessions to cohorts of up to 25 individuals Ensuring training sessions are engaging and effective in a fast-paced environment Working five days a week with a maximum duration of training blocks being three weeks Assessing learners' progress and providing constructive feedback Maintaining accurate training records and documentation Supporting learners in achieving their training goals Travelling between various sites in Manchester to deliver training sessions Collaborating with team members to continuously improve training programs Job Requirements: Significant experience in training, particularly within stewarding, hospitality, and retail sectors Possession of an assessor award or actively working towards achieving one Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to engage and motivate learners in a training environment Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines Flexibility to work across various locations in Manchester Commitment to profession...
