Responsibilities

1. Project administration to support a busy engineering team
2. Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to Project and Account Mangers
3. Accurately maintain records and databases
4. Support the Project Manager with budgets
5. Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
6. Raising invoices
7. Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
8. Chasing outstanding invoices
9. Support change management
10. Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
11. Full life cycle project administration responsibility of automotive projects for UK customer/s

Back Office support for the project and engineering team/sExchange and coordination of information within the project and management teamsRegular participation and reporting on project/s

Essential skills

12. A self-starter who is pro-active with excellent attention to detail
13. A strong administrative background is essential
14. You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
15. Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential

Desired skills

16. Project lifecycle management experience not essential but would be an advantage
